This plan is suitable for those requiring fire insurance for their residences. The policy covers six types of basic perils and 4 natural perils regardless of where the residence is located in Thailand, or what material it is made of.  There is an option that offers value for money for those who buy a policy with the sum insured being the same as the 100% value of the structures and property.

Remark

1. Wooden row houses and half-concrete, half wood row houses are not eligible for this option
