The company sends the surveyor to the accident site or the appointment location to investigate the incident, damage and conditions of insurance coverage. If the policy is cover the serveyor will issue a claim note (List of damage) to the insured for use in dealing with the company.

Claim service conditions by the partnership's repair center (garage)
  • Damage not more than 5 items, repair and spare parts cost not more than 20,000 baht

  • Without other party for example, hitting a pillar, a stone is thrown at it, a broken glass, etc.

  • Must never be repaired elsewhere.
