Liability Insurance from Unsafe Product

At present entrepreneurs selling goods or providing services are facing increasing risks in their business. For example, in a case of goods considered unsafe for consumers, the entrepreneurs are liable to the damaged party. Moreover, there have been ongoing consumer protection campaigns. Product liability insurance, therefore, is offered to respond to the needs of such entrepreneurs.

• Legal expense (civil defense costs.)

As this option is new in Thailand, the insured person is required to fill out a form to provide details of their business for the purposes of premium calculation and determination of the scope of coverage.
